Skilled Migration Visas

Sills in Demand 482 Visa allows Australian businesses to nominate overseas workers to fulfil skills shortages in their business. This is a temporary residency visa permitting the visa holders to stay up to 5 years depending on the visa streams. Applicants must meet the work experience, occupation, English, health and character requirements.

Employer Nomination Scheme Subclass 186 Visa allows the sponsored overseas workers to stay in Australia permanently. Applicants need to be under 45 years old unless exemptions apply, and meet the work experience, occupation, English, health and character requirements.
